Hampton Inn Americus

Darnell was so helpful even in the midst of our chaos at 2 AM trying to find somewhere to sleep and our reservation not showing up. The morning staff was helpful an accommodating as well. The breakfast was what you would expect for a hotel breakfast. The pool wasn't available but that didnt matter to us we just wanted a place to stay. The staff was even helpful after the mix up with booking double charging me and very responsive and helped get the situation resolved quickly. Thank you for a wonderful comfortable stay. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

We were pleased in all aspects of hotel

Last time I stayed on the second floor which seemed newer and cleaner than the first floor. Every time someone walked by the door the wind shook the door like someone was trying to open the it. The first couple of times scared the crap out of me, but once I realized what was happening it was just an annoyance that kept waking me up. I love that they have refrigerates and microwaves in room, and the breakfast is pretty good!!

The property was very clean , and it was a safe environment of course we loved it

I like the consistency of standards in Hampton Inns - rooms are always well designed, beds comfortable and rooms clean. Breakfast is generally better than in other chain hotels of similar price range
